I Need a Quote. Whom Do I Contact?

How do I receive my images?
After the shooting and post production process we will send you a link via email typically 24-48 hours after the shoot with everything you ordered inside, as well as options for how to download. If you need help with this process just let us know and we can walk you through it.
What Are the Payment Methods You Accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, ACH transfers and checks as well. We use Stripe to process our payments allowing you to make payments online if you wish.
How do you license the photos?
Depending on your use you may need a different license. We do not sell the copyright to our photos but instead license them to our clients and have them custom tailored to each case. Realtors usually license the photos for complete advertisement and marketing of the particular home being sold. These licenses do not extend to promotion of a person or brand such as publication in a magazine or journal; however a separate license may be purchased for this use.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Photos need to be processed after being shot. Your home may not be the last one we have that day but will be processed that evening. Therefore photos take about 24-48 hours to turn around. If you have a need to have photos quicker, we can have them rushed to you for a cost.
Does someone need to be there while you're shooting?
Not necessarily. Most of our clients have a lockbox that allows us access to the property. Having extra people can slow the process of photography but we welcome anyone who would like be present.
Why do I need a professional?
We have had successful realtors come to us after doing their own photos for years. They were successful on their own but have decided to transition to using a photographer. We follow the biggest trends in the industry and recommend the same to all of our friends. Professional photography is relatively new to the real estate industry but has proven its worth with its ability to sell homes.
